The primary agenda item for this meeting was the nomination of officers,
to be voted on at the September meeting.

Before moving into the nominations portion of the meeting, we discussed
goals for the upcoming year.  Specifically, we focused on: the
importance of promoting the alumni association and discussed various
methods of doing so; the need to schedule events in advance by creating
a calendar for several months at a time; and the usefulness of a
consistent, relatively central meeting location.

We then moved into officer nominations.  Voting will be held at the
September meeting.  All members in good standing (i.e., who have paid
dues for the current year) are eligible to vote.
